During lunchtime, students can join a variety of fun and engaging clubs such as dance, choir, art club, chess group, and card games. These activities offer opportunities for creativity, problem-solving, and friendship, helping children explore new interests and make connections with others outside the classroom.
Sporting teams and activities
Our school offers a wide range of sporting opportunities for students, including participation in programs like the St George Dragons Clinics, PSSA competitions, Knockout Sports, gala days, and carnivals. These activities promote teamwork, fitness, and school spirit, giving students a chance to develop their skills and enjoy healthy, active lifestyles.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.
Inclusive sport programs
We are proud to offer inclusive sport opportunities such as our Boccia team and inclusive sport gala days. These programs promote participation, teamwork, and enjoyment for all students, regardless of ability, creating a supportive environment where everyone can experience the joy of sport.
Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.
Enrichment Mathematics and English programs
Our school provides enrichment programs in maths and English to extend and challenge students who are ready for advanced learning. These specialised activities help deepen understanding, foster creative and critical thinking, and support students in reaching their full academic potential.
Student leadership opportunities
Our school offers a range of leadership opportunities for students to develop confidence and responsibility. These include the Student Representative Council (SRC), Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) leaders, Year 6 leaders, sports captains, and Principal’s Representatives. Through these roles, students learn teamwork, communication, and decision-making while contributing positively to our school community.
Wellbeing programs
We are committed to the wellbeing of every student through programs like Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) and Gotcha4Life. These initiatives foster resilience, positive behaviour, and strong relationships, helping students feel safe, connected, and supported both in and out of the classroom.
Incursions and excursions
